Cleaning service YES

Standard mode + reinforced COVID-19 measures

  • Cleaning as per standard frequencies + reinforced measures for common areas, toilets, restaurants and offices. 
  • Offices will be cleaned according to standard frequencies. During phase 1, the offices will be cleaned if the users reply to the weekly alert sent by the cleaning service.
  • Following a suspicion of Covid-19, a disinfection can be requested via Service Now.
  • Laundry for CERN working clothes: service is maintained for the Fire Brigade, Medical service and Crèche twice a week (Tuesday and Friday mornings)
  • All other requests to be addressed via Service Now.

  • All current reservations are cancelled for arrivals up to May 15th (for the time being)

Foyer Schumann:

  • Remains open
  • Reservations still accepted
  • Reception opening hours : from 8 am to 12 am and from 1.15 pm to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Check-out time : 8.00 am to 12.00 am

Check-in time : 1.15 pm to 5.00 pm – Should this not be possible, an alternative emergency solution will be arranged on a case by case basis, please contact CERN Housing service.
