How to filter the C3 reports

The current implementation allows for filtering on 2 fields:

  1. By group
  2. By type of report
    1. All types (default)
    2. Service incidents
    3. Interventions
    4. Service changes
    5. Information
    6. Service Level Report
    7. Project (will be introduced with the next upgrade as result of a GS request)

 

Under the condition that the people report the issues under the right type, filtering on b. Service Incidents will show only those records.

The result is a much shorter list, note the colour code with the service incidents in red. If required we could add the only other field that qualifies a report “impact”.
