The Site Asset Management Group is responsible to the operational lifecycle of buildings and associated infrastructure. It addresses associated ageing across the campus. The Group enhances asset value through long-term consolidation strategies, non-conformities resolution, and implementation of corrective, preventive, and proactive maintenance plans. It also improves energy efficiency of campus facilities and delivers works through established framework contracts.
